Is Obama's unconditional withdrawal of troops from Iraq just a way for him to get more votes?

look..... obama cant do it. The generals say they cant. Obama has said that he will pull out on a timeline that is based on the ground. But he has said he will pull out and thats whta people will remember. This is a way to get votes. will he do it? likely. but not as fast as he has said he will. There will be a us millitary presence in the middle east for a long time to come
