Drug test question?

Hey, I have an upcoming drug test for my job, and I was curious if a Non Narcotic pain killer I simply took about two days ago(Or not even), will appear? My friend ures me it most likely won't, and says even if it does it won't pose a threat. But I am getting nervous on if he's wrong. Any help?
