What do you think Of Bruce Gradikowski?

He is a good backup QB. He kind of reminds me of Jeff Garcia. All grit, heart and toughness. That said I hope he stays as the backup to Campbell. I think the Raiders have a chance to get to .500 if Campbell stays healthy.
