When will the BCS rankings for NCAA football be updated?

Does it vary from week to week based on when the last game of the week is? When do you usually see the rankings updated on websites? Any info really would be helpful... so far all I can tell is that it is supposed to be updated on Sunday afternoons... but it is early evening here and still no rankings!
