Why is this happening to me?

ok im 18 years old and a guy. lately i have been thinking about like alot more then i used to. i thought this stuff was supposed to slow down after puberty ended but it just sped up. im like horny all the time and think about with girls i dont even like. im starting to feel like perv or man and im not even trying to do anything. what the hell is this a phase or is this just gonna be how i think forever. cause i dont wanna be the kinda guy that always sees girls in ual ways.
